On the afternoon of October 19, the Xingrong Group-Gujarat MOU Signing Ceremony was kicked off in Guangzhou City. Li Benwen, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Party Committee of Xingrong Group, and ShriSanjayPrasad IAS, Secretary-General of the Industrial Extension Bureau, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Development of Environmental Protection Projects in Gujarat on behalf of both parties.
According to the MOU, both parties would develop cooperation in water supply, sewage treatment, garbage power and other environmental protection projects in Gujarat. Successful signing of the MOU opens the door for cooperation between Xingrong Group and Gujarat. It is also a new breakthrough made by the Group in actively responding to the Belt and Road initiative, comprehensively implementing the “go global” work deployment of Chengdu City for municipal state-owned enterprises, and positively expanding businesses and markets in countries along the Belt and Road routes.
Located in the westernmost region of India, Gujarat is the most industrialized state with the most advanced economy in the country. As a governmental organization of Gujarat, Industrial Extension Bureau is committed to offering convenient services and creating an enabling investment environment for investors in the state. Next, Xingrong Group will, relying on the MOU signed with Gujarati counterparts, strengthen communication and exchanges with related units of Gujarat, actively obtain information on environmental protection protects from Gujarati counterparts, take the initiative in expanding local market, and work harder to achieve the implementation of these projects.
